Brian is a highly skilled mediator with 8 years of mediation experience and over 20 years experience as a lawyer in personal injury, Construction, Employment, and Commercial litigation. He possesses an exceptional ability to bringing parties together and to reach timely and successful resolution to cases. Mr Gibbard has been retained by ICBC, WCB and many law firms for mediation due to history of success in resolving cases. He has settled hundreds of cases in personal injury, negligence, construction, wrongful dismissal
