Biographical Notes:
Ms. Roberts has a legal background in administrative,constitutional and employment law and human rights. She has extensive experience as an adjudicator and tribunal member in a variety of areas including Property Assessment, Forestry, Human Rights, Employment, Residential Tenancies and Workers Compensation. Currently, Ms. Roberts is a Senior Adjudicator with the Indian Residential Schools Alternative Dispute Resolution process, an Arbitrator with the Student Appeals Branch, the Sport Dispute Resolution Center of Canada and the International Court of Arbitration for Sport. She also conducts arbitrations under the Canada Labour Code.
She is a trained mediator and is on the BC Mediator roster.
Ms. Roberts also conducts harassment investigations for universities and federal and municipal governments, and provide advice in the areas of ethics and conflict of interest. She is also a Judicial Justice of the Peace.
