RATES & PAYMENT INFORMATION

Rates: For OMMP mediations, per the Rules for the initial time.

For all time beyond, and for all non-Roster mediations, $150. per hour. A charge of $75. per hour is payable for travel that exceeds .25 hour. All fees are payable by the parties equally, subject to written agreement to the contrary and is subject to GST. Counsel are jointly responsible for all fees.

A retainer may be required. Disbursements may include copying, faxing, long-distance and an administrative fee for multi-party bookings.

Payment: Counsel to each represented Party to the mediation agrees to pay on behalf of their client that Party's share of the Mediator's fees and expenses, including any cancellation fee or rescheduling expenses.

Unrepresented Parties agree to pay their own share of the Mediator's fees and expenses, including any cancellation fee or rescheduling expenses.

Fees are payable on or before the date of the mediation and within 30 days of the cancellation of any mediation.

Cancellation Policy: *Notice of less than 48 hours: 100% of Mediator's Fees plus all non-refundable expenses incurred by the Mediator *Notice of less than 7 days: 50% of Mediator's Fees plus all non-refundable expenses incurred by the Mediator

* If the mediation is rescheduled by consent of the Parties and the mediator, the following cancellation fees apply:

*Notice of less than 48 hours: 50% of Mediator's Fees based on three hour maximum plus all non-refundable expenses incurred by the Mediator
* Notice of less than 7 days: 25% of Mediator's Fees (based on three hour maximum) plus all non-refundable expenses incurred by the Mediator
