RATES & PAYMENT INFORMATION

Rates: $275 per hour for hearing and writing time, billed to the quarter hour. Disbursements billed at cost. All reasonable efforts are made to minimize costs to parties. Economy air travel at cost billed in 709 area code matters.

Payment: Parties are expected to pay account promptly on receipt. Interim accounts can be provided if desired by parties.
