Biographical Notes:
Gerry has over 25 years of civil litigation experience, in a variety of insurance related areas (see above). He has appeared in all levels of court in Ontario and also in the Supreme Court of Canada. He has also been active in employing mediation and alternative dispute resolution as ways of resolving disputes on behalf of his clients for many years.
Gerry received his formal mediation training at CDR Associates in Boulder, Colorado and arbitrator training from the Arbitration & Mediation Institute of Ontario.
Beginning in 2002, Gerry began mediating insurance related disputes throughout Ontario. He has also recently begun to act as an arbitrator in priority and loss transfer matters.
