Biographical Notes:
As an executive and consultant Harold has been asked to intervene in hundreds of situations where mediation or arbitration was the preferred method of dispute resolution.Harold has over twenty five years experience as a President, Managing Director, CEO and Consultant.
Harold was an employee, senior executive, President &COO at Deeley/Harley-Davidson, Canada's exclusive Harley-Davidson importer and distributor.
In 1994 he was asked to leave Canada by Harley-Davidson and join the Harley-Davidson Motor Company as a Vice President and Group Managing Director for Europe, the Middle East and Africa. In 1998 Harold returned to Canada from Europe and joined Anchor Lamina Inc which had been acquired by three leading Canadian private equity firms, first as a director and then CEO and President.
Since leaving industry Harold has been an adviser to individuals, family business, public companies and private equity firms.
Harold is a former Chapter Chairman of the Young Presidents Organization and Chairman and Director of the Motorcycle & Moped Industry Council of Canada.
