Biographical Notes:
 Heather is a partner with Agree Dispute Resolution. She specializes in providing civil, workplace and family mediation. She also provides customized conflict management and interest-based negotiation Training. She is an instructor for continuing education ADR programs at McMaster University, York University, the University of Toronto and Conrad Grebel College.
Nine years involvement as a School Trustee for the Town of Dundas, for both The Wentworth County Board of Education and The Hamilton-Wentworth District School Board has given her extensive experience in public speaking, board leadership, collective bargaining, grievance procedures, and organizational disputes.
Heather's mediation style could best be described as both pragmatic and tenacious. She possesses the ability to connect with parties and put them at ease in the mediation setting, particularly when there are sensitive issues. Heather respectfully challenges parties to assess risks and explore creative options as she encourages them to overcome the barriers to settlement.
