Recipient of 2009 Jay G. RATES & PAYMENT INFORMATION

Rates: $425 per hour plus GST, and flat half and full day rates. Retainers generally not required, except for arbitrations. Clients asked to pay in full at the time of the mediation by cheque. No charge for routine e-mails, phone calls. All other time charged at usual rate including travel and preparation. Parties jointly and severally responsible for all fees. Payment: Mediation, arbitration preparation, disbursements and travel fees are payable at the time of the mediation or arbitration. Fees for drafting memoranda and agreements are negotiated and paid in advance, at the time of instruction to prepare.
