Biographical Notes:
 Ian was called to the Ontario Bar in 1978 and has broad experience as a lawyer practising for 18 years, combined with extensive experience as a mediator, adjudicator and ADR practitioner. He holds a Master of Laws (LL.M.) degree in alternative/appropriate dispute resolution and is a Chartered Mediator (ADR Institute of Canada Inc). In 1995 he founded Resolution House, now Resolution House Inc. His arbitration practice is focused on labour/employment matters; his mediation practice is in all areas of litigious disputes, and he has over 2000 mediations to his credit. He also is one of the most called-upon partnering facilitators in Canada.
