Biographical Notes:
 Jean is an organizational culture consultant, mediator and executive adviser with over 30 years experience in assisting organizations become more collaborative. She is a coach, mediator, investigator, arbitrator, and policy adviser. Over the past decade, she has worked with colleges, universities, crown corporations, health care, federal and provincial government departments, transportation, libraries, police forces, community care agencies, national unions and innovative corporations in B.C., Alberta and the Yukon
Her specialties include:
strategic conflict management advice to executives; organizational reviews; conducting cultural and climate assessments; facilitation with groups and teams; conflict resolution system design; mediating disputes; conducting investigations into complaints of bullying or harassment; coaching; training and development.
Jean's practice is shaped by her belief that solutions lie within people and that her role is to tap into those creative thoughts and draw them out. She is experienced, wise and compassionate. Her experience as a mediator has given her the ability to work with entrenched people and help work through deeply-rooted problems. Her techniques build the trust necessary for people to make changes. Jean's insight allows her to see organizational problems in their context, define issues clearly and develop systematic approaches.
