RATES & PAYMENT INFORMATION

Rates: Mediations are charged at $150.00 per hour. A charge of $100. per hour is payable for travel that exceeds .25 hour. All fees are payable by the parties equally, subject to written agreement to the contrary and is subject to GST. A retainer may be required. Disbursements may include copying, faxing, long-distance and an administrative fee for multi-party bookings.

Payment: Parties will be invoiced upon completion of the mediation sessionon the day of mediation. Invoice terms are payable upon receipt.

Cancellation Policy: No charge if date of cancelled mediation is used for another mediation. If cancelled more than 48 hours before the scheduled time, the fee is $150. If the mediation is cancelled less than 24 hours prior to the scheduled day, fee is a minimum of three hours. Any fee is payable by the parties equally, subject to written agreement to the contrary and is subject to GST. There may be a charge for use or cancellation of facilities, depending on where the mediation is held.
