Acted as legal counsel for employers, professional organizations and individuals in labour relations, wrongful dismissal and human rights matters. Appeared before a variety of tribunals including the Labour Relations Board, Canada Labour Relations Board, arbitration boards, human rights panels, and Courts.
Dispute Resolution (1990-Present):
1990-1995: Independent employee ombudsperson to the employees of MacMillan Bloedel Ltd. and Harmac Pacific Inc.
1990-1998: human rights complaints investigator in the hospital industry, as well as independent workplace investigator in the education and other sectors.
