Biographical Notes:

Mitchell Rose is a Chartered Mediator and Settlement Counsel (Dispute Resolution Lawyer) in Toronto, Ontario. He has been a mediator since 2007 and a civil litigator since 1995. He is dedicated to the art of settlement. His expertise in, and passion for, delivering practical solutions helps clients avoid excessive legal costs and end conflict. Mitch provides mediation and settlement counsel services throughout Ontario for a wide range of civil disputes.

RATES & PAYMENT INFORMATION

Rates: $1,600.00 (plus HST) for a two-party, half-day mediation and $3,100.00 (plus HST) for a two-party, full-day mediation - including pre-mediation conference call, preparation and free use of our firm's boardroom facilities. Additional time and parties are extra. For further information, please contact our office.

Cancellation Policy: If the Mediation is cancelled within 72 hours of the scheduled Mediation date, a cancellation fee of half of the full rate and any disbursements incurred plus HST will be charged. If the Mediation is cancelled within 24 hours of the scheduled date a cancellation fee of the full rate and any disbursements incurred plus HST will be charged.
