Biographical Notes:
A combination of knowledge and practical experience in alternative dispute resolution (mediation and arbitration), litigation and office management, including drafting, interpretation, communication and advocacy.

General practice of law with a preferred area of practice in administrative, employment, labour and family law. Experience includes client interviewing, negotiations, extensive legal research and drafting. Appearances before appeal and trial levels of court as well as before administrative bodies, including the Labour Relations Board, Residential Tenancies Board, Occupational Health Safety Board, Employment Insurance Commission Appeals and Arbitration pursuant to the Trade Union Act. General arbitration and mediation practice, focussing primarily on labour arbitrations, and family and personal injury mediation.
