Biographical Notes:

I am a listed arbitrator with the BC Collective Agreement Arbitration Bureau. I am also listed with the Federal Mediation and Conciliation Service for Part I and Part III appointments under the Canada Labour Code. I provide independent third party reviewer services to Canada Customs and Revenue Agency (now Canada Revenue Agency), and Canadian Food Inspection Agency. I am a part-time member of the federal Public Service Labour Relations Board (currently and from 2004 - 2007) and former adjudicator with the BC Employment Standards Tribunal (1997 - 2004). My non-labour/employment practice includes commercial arbitration, and adjudicating sexual and physical abuse claims by former students of Indian Residential Schools (since 2003). I have served on the Environmental Appeal Board/Forest Appeals Commission.
