* In his role as Managing Partner of a leading law firm with 150 professionals and staff, Jeff looked after compensation and human resource matters, workplace conflicts and partner issues, client development and strategic planning for the firm.

* Jeff has also served as a senior officer and director in family owned and operated businesses in the commercial equipment, real estate development and food sectors.
