Legal pratitioner and human rights tribunal chair in mid-70s; Vice Chair of the BCLRB 1977 - 1982 (FT) and 1994 - 1996 (PT); labour arbitrator 1982 to 1985; Senior Lecturer, National University of Singapore 1985 - 1988; Principal Lecturer, CPHK Law Department 1988 - 1993; developed MA ADR now offered by City University of HK; established current practice in 1993; Governing Trustee of the British Columbia International Commercial Arbitration Centre, 1996 to 2001.

RATES & PAYMENT INFORMATION |
Rates: $400 per hour or $2,400 for normal hearing day of 6 hours
Payment: 30 days
Cancellation Policy: $400 for each day cancelled by the parties less than four weeks in advance, plus $2,000 for the first day if I am notified less than one full business day in advance. No cancellation fee will be charged for any day on which another matter is booked to replace the cancelled hearing or mediation
