Biographical Notes:
Steve is a partner with the law firm Kelly Santini LLP in Ottawa and has over 20 years legal experience, primarily in the area of civil litigation. Steve has appeared before all levels of court in Ontario, as well as various tribunals.
Steve has been carrying on a mediation practice since 1992. A charter member of the ADR Institute of Canada, Steve is one of the most popular mediators in Eastern Ontario, known for his hard work, creativity and dedication to helping parties resolve their disputes. Steve has mediated disputes involving a wide variety of subject matter including commercial, bodily injury, medical malpractice, professional negligence, employment, construction and estates.
Steve is also a member arbitrator with the ADR Institute of Ontario Inc. Currently he is an arbitrator with the Builder Arbitration Forum in Ontario. Steve is formerly a Vice-Chair with the License Appeal Tribunal of Ontario and the Commercial Registration Appeal Tribunal of Ontario.
Steve is a frequent guest speaker/instructor at the Mediation program at the University of Ottawa Law School. He has acted in his community, including fundraising for various charitable causes.

RATES & PAYMENT INFORMATION |
Rates: Fee for mediation is based on an hourly rate of $350.00 per hour. There is a three hour minimum charge plus reading time of materials.
Payment: Subject to the terms of any settlement reached, counsel for the parties are each responsible for an equal share of the account.
Cancellation Policy: No cancellation fee will be charged up to the day prior to the mediation.
